Returns

At Ricardo’s, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. In the event that you are not, we accept returns fifteen (15) days from purchase date with the sales receipt. Merchandise that is altered, or shows wear or use, is not eligible for a refund or exchange. Custom orders, special orders of items not in-store, completed lay-aways, and sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Special/Custom Orders

We are unable to accept returns/exchanges for any special or custom order. This type of purchase does require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of the order.
